Join SAPAAC & H4A for a talk from Buck Gee, Founder of the Ascend Foundation for Pan Asian Leaders and retired Vice President and General Manager of the Data Center Business Unit at Cisco. He will share the data from his study with Stanford University which showed Asian Americans are the least likely to be promoted at the middle management level and above. Mo Fong, Director of Google Technical Solutions for Assist and Search, will discuss practical tips for mid-career professionals and TOPPA, the program she helped start at Google to create community and overcome challenges in career progression for its Asian American employees.
